What We Believe

Our mission, vision, and values drives our team and sustains our energy and Mindset activity.

We believe that this team and the people who have joined it share some common values. They also bring some individual values-sets to create an environment of entrepreneurial harmonics that makes the Mindset Data and Brainergy magic work successfully. Additionally, we believe:

We are driven to help people, grow, develop, and maximize their effectiveness using industry-first technology.

We provide MaaS – Motivation as a Service.

Most people from large corporations to solopreneurs are good souls who really want to be as optimally effective as they can. Sometimes they need to be reminded of the strengths they offer, and sometimes they need a small nudge to adjust their pathway. We help with both of those.

We believe that self-development should be available to everyone, not just those at the top half of a large organization. We make certain our service is priced so that everyone in an organization may benefit. (On the B2C side of our process, any individual who cannot afford our service is given it for free.)

We believe that diversity strengthens organizations, and we comply with EEOC guidelines by providing surveys that do not discriminate against any protected group.

Mark Twain said, “The two most important days in your life are the day that you’re born, and the day you figure out why.” We help illuminate and amplify the “Why.”

Albert Einstein said, “Everything should be reduced to its simplest form, and no simpler.” We subscribe to this idea, and have worked very hard to reduce the process to its simplest form, and no simpler.
